Pyeongchang International Peace Film Festival

Aram @ Pyeongchang International Peace Film Festival

I have just returned from the 2019 Pyeongchang International Peace Film Festival. The desire to see a unified Korea was strongly evident throughout the festival and the application of my 360º videos as a bridge to connect the north and south was a tremendous honor. Perhaps the highest accolade I received came from watching the wonder and excitement from every single one of the participants donning the ‘KT Super VR” headsets. I am glad that South Koreans could have a small sample of the experiences I had in North Korea, from taking a ride in their subway, to soaring above the skies of Pyongyang. I am very grateful to KT (Korea Telecom) for providing the booth and VR headsets, and to the organizers of PIPFF for welcoming my project.
